• PLACY® participated in the Hong Kong Physical Education Teachers Conference 2026 (HKPETC 2026) held at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. During the conference, PLACY® hosted an exhibition booth to engage with educators, physical education professionals, and practitioners from related fields, promoting the concepts and practical applications of physical literacy and sports science.

• As one of the conference co-organisers, PLACY® provided on-site reaction time testing, allowing participants to experience the practical application of sports science assessments in physical literacy evaluation. Through interactive demonstrations and professional exchange, the programme enhanced participants’ understanding of physical literacy, physical fitness assessment, and health promotion while facilitating knowledge sharing among education and sports professionals.

• The conference further strengthened PLACY®’s collaboration with the local education and physical education sectors and promoted the application of physical literacy, physical fitness, and sports science within educational practice. PLACY® will continue to advance physical literacy through school-based, community, and professional initiatives, working with diverse stakeholders to support the healthy development and lifelong participation in physical activity of children and adolescents.
