Programme Detail (December 2025)

• The PLACY® team participated in the 2025 Chongqing University Exchange Programme for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Regions, organised by the School of Public Administration and the School of Physical Education at Chongqing University. The programme brought together representatives from universities across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan to exchange knowledge and experiences in physical literacy, public health, and physical education, fostering cross-regional academic collaboration and professional partnerships.

• The exchange focused on physical literacy development in the context of digital health, public health service models, and contemporary practices in physical education. Through academic forums, institutional visits, and professional dialogue, participants explored diverse approaches to health promotion, physical literacy development, and educational practice while strengthening knowledge exchange across regions.

• The programme further broadened the PLACY® team’s perspective on physical literacy promotion and public health development, enhancing its understanding of regional strategies in sports education and health promotion. The exchange also established a stronger foundation for future academic collaboration, cross-regional partnerships, and the continued development of physical literacy initiatives.
