Tai Po FC Pre-season Assessment was coordinated and delivered by the PLACY® team for the U18 squad of Tai Po Football Club. The aim was to gain insights into each player’s physical condition at the start of the season and to support coaches in planning targeted training interventions.
The assessment covered key areas including flexibility, balance, muscular endurance, power, agility, and aerobic fitness. All testing procedures were designed by the PLACY® team and executed on-site by experienced assessors, ensuring smooth logistics and efficient operations throughout the process.
