Introduction

Ms. Tsang Wing Chiu Avery is a former member of the Hong Kong Badminton Team (2011–2019). She graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), earning a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Health Education and a Master of Science in Sports Science and Physical Activity. She is also a registered coach of the Hong Kong Badminton Association and a Level 3 Coach accredited by the Hong Kong Coaching Committee, with extensive experience in elite sport and sports coaching.

She is currently a Research Assistant in the Department of Sport Science and Physical Education at CUHK, where she contributes to research on physical literacy among children and adolescents and supports the implementation and evaluation of school and community sport programmes.

With her background as an elite athlete and certified coach, Ms. Tsang is committed to promoting evidence-based physical education and physical literacy development, fostering holistic growth and healthy lifestyles among children and youth.
