Introduction

Ms. CHOY Hiu Lam, Angel is currently the Project Coordinator (Business Development) for the Physical Literacy Academy for Children and Youth (PLACY®) at CUHK’s Department of Sport Science and Physical Education. She is responsible for developing school and NGO partnerships, coordinating programme delivery, and managing external communications.

Angel graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science in Journalism and Communication from CUHK, with a practicum in Advertising and Public Relations. With a strong background in communications and new media, she has worked on social innovation projects, NGO collaborations, and marketing campaigns across various industries. She is dedicated to advancing physical literacy and promoting social inclusion and youth development through both academic research and community-based practices.
