Best Group | Foshan Exchange Visit (Collaboration and Exchange Meeting)

Programme Detail (April 2026)

• Following the observation visit to the Warriors Tournament, the PLACY® team participated in a collaboration and exchange meeting organised by Best Group together with representatives from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong, China, and the Physical Literacy Academy for Children and Youth. The meeting provided a platform for professional dialogue on youth sports development, physical literacy promotion, and future collaborative opportunities.

• During the meeting, participating organisations introduced their respective missions and areas of work, followed by discussions on programme implementation, professional training, school-based promotion, and potential future collaborations. The Hong Kong delegation included representatives from academia and the professional sector, including Professor Raymond Kim-wai Sum, Dr. Leung Fung-lin, and Dr. Wong Wing-sum, who shared practical experiences and professional perspectives from their respective fields.

• The exchange further strengthened the partnership between PLACY® and participating organisations while fostering cross-sector collaboration in education, physical fitness, and youth development. Through professional dialogue and knowledge sharing, the team gained valuable insights into different approaches to promoting physical literacy and professional capacity building, providing a solid foundation for future collaborative initiatives and cross-regional exchange programmes.
