Introduction

Mr. Lau possesses over 30 years of experience in equity investment, corporate finance, and financial management. He has held senior executive positions, such as Vice President and Departmental General Manager, at several listed companies and private equity firm, including New World Strategic Investment, Guangdong Investment, Tianneng Power, and Yadea Group. Mr. Lau has facilitated initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as bond issuances and syndicated loans.

In recent years, Mr. Lau has been actively involved in child welfare services, participating in after-school care programs and attending related courses, such as child abuse prevention and special educational needs (SEN).

Mr. Lau is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong and began his career at Ernst & Young (EY).
