Introduction

Mr. Lai Ka-wing graduated from the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Science at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), earning a Master of Science in Sports Science and Physical Activity, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He has also completed courses in physical fitness and track and field education.

He is currently a Lecturer at the Physical Education Unit of CUHK, where he is responsible for teaching physical education courses and overseeing the Unit’s information technology and system management.

With his diverse background in children’s physical education and information technology, Mr. Lai actively promotes the use of technology to collect and analyze sports data. He is committed to integrating technological applications into physical education to enhance the developmental benefits of sports for children and adolescents.
