Project Detail (Date: May 2025 – October 2025)
- EquitABLE-FLY is designed to advance physical literacy and athletic development among Primary 4 to 6 students in Hong Kong, with a specific focus on students from low-income families. The programme consists of three core components: a three-phase standardised assessment, a six-week training course, and a three-day residential training camp in CUHK. Through diversified interventions and personalised reports, the initiative holistically enhances students’ physical capacity, confidence, and physical literacy growth.
- Funded by the Government-funded programme and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund) and incubation supported by Fullness Social Enterprises Society and Innovator Farm, the project is delivered in authentic school and community settings, reflecting a commitment to equity in sport and inclusive education.
- The initiative has received positive responses from both participating schools and parents. Several schools have expressed strong interest in joining future phases. Beyond nurturing students’ potential, the project fosters cross-sector collaboration among schools, communities, and sports professionals, positioning itself as a scalable and sustainable intervention model in the education sector.
